Instructions
- Start a pot of salted water to boil & preheat oven to 450.
- Prick each radish in a few places with a fork - this helps it cook more quickly.
- Boil the radishes just until slightly tender.
- Strain, and put on a sheet pan. Take the bottom of a glass canning jar or something similar “smash” each radish to be flatter.
- Mix the salt, coconut aminos, white vinegar, stevia, and coconut oil (if using) and brush over the radishes with a pastry brush.
- Roast for 10-20 minutes, until browned.
