P2 hCG Diet Veggie Only Recipe | Vinegar Smashed Radishes | AP + SP

Ingredients
  • 4cups radishes
  • 1/4tsp saltplus salt in the pot of water
  • 1tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/4scoop stevia extract powder
  • 1tbsp coconut oilSP Option: do not use
Instructions
  1. Start a pot of salted water to boil & preheat oven to 450.
  2. Prick each radish in a few places with a fork – this helps it cook more quickly.
  3. Boil the radishes just until slightly tender.
  4. Strain, and put on a sheet pan. Take the bottom of a glass canning jar or something similar “smash” each radish to be flatter.
  5. Mix the salt, coconut aminos, white vinegar, stevia, and coconut oil (if using) and brush over the radishes with a pastry brush.
  6. Roast for 10-20 minutes, until browned.
