- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1 lemongrass stalk pounded
- 2 scoops powdered stevia
- 6 cups water

Instructions
- Tear the mint leaves to help release the flavor. Place them in a pitcher.
- Pound the lemongrass with something heavy like a large knife handle or a mortar and pestle - this is important for releasing the flavors. Add lemongrass and water, cover and chill for 24 hours.
- Strain and serve.
