Ingredients
  • 1/2cup mint leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalkpounded
  • 2scoops powdered stevia
  • 6cups water
Instructions
  1. Tear the mint leaves to help release the flavor. Place them in a pitcher.
  2. Pound the lemongrass with something heavy like a large knife handle or a mortar and pestle – this is important for releasing the flavors. Add lemongrass and water, cover and chill for 24 hours.
  3. Strain and serve.
