- 1 cup shredded romaine
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup shredded cucumber
- ¼ cup scallions chopped
- 7 oz chicken breast
- 1 tsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp chinese 5 spice
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- ¼ scoop powdered stevia
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 2 tsp coconut aminos
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp coconut oil optional
- 1 cup orange slices optional

Instructions
- Rub chicken breast with chinese five spice. Wrap in foil with 1 tsp coconut aminos and place on sheet tray. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes. Cool and chop.
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, romaine, carrot, cucumber, scallions and cooked cooled chicken breast. Add orange slices as well if using
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together rice wine vinegar, stevia, garlic, ginger, 2 tsp coconut aminos, red pepper and coconut oil.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss together. Serve chilled
