Ingredients
Yogurt: Layer 1
- 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 2 scoops powdered stevia
Coffee: Layer 2
- 1 cup coffee black
Almond Milk Foam: Layer 3
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 scoop powdered stevia

Instructions
- Brew 1 cup of black coffee.
- Mix the Greek yogurt and stevia in the bottom of a glass mug. Pour the 1 cup of black coffee over the top.
- In a separate mug, pour almond milk and heat in a microwave for 8-10 seconds till room temperature. Add in 1 scoop stevia powder and use a milk frother to foam the milk for 1 minute.
- Pour the frothed milk on top of the coffee. Enjoy with a spoon!
Recipe Notes
You can use 1/4 cup of fat-free Greek Yogurt for 1/4 protein serving.
