Ingredients
Yogurt: Layer 1
Coffee: Layer 2
  • 1cup coffee black
Almond Milk Foam: Layer 3
Instructions
  1. Brew 1 cup of black coffee.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt and stevia in the bottom of a glass mug. Pour the 1 cup of black coffee over the top.
  3. In a separate mug, pour almond milk and heat in a microwave for 8-10 seconds till room temperature. Add in 1 scoop stevia powder and use a milk frother to foam the milk for 1 minute.
  4. Pour the frothed milk on top of the coffee. Enjoy with a spoon!
Recipe Notes

You can use 1/4 cup of fat-free Greek Yogurt for 1/4 protein serving.
