    Ingredients
    
                - 7 oz boneless skinless chicken breast cut horizontally to make 2 thin cutlets
 - Juice of 1 lemon
 - 2 tsp freshly minced garlic
 - 1/2 tbsp freshly chopped basil
 - 1/2 tbsp freshly chopped oregano
 - 1/2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1 lemon sliced thin
 - 2 bunches Asparagus trimmed and chopped into 2-inch pieces

    Instructions
    
                - Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a small bowl, stir together lemon juice, garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes and salt.
 - Add to a ziplock bag with the chicken cutlets. Let marinade for 1 hour, turning occasionally to make sure the chicken is well-coated.
 - Layer lemon slices on the lined baking sheet in an even layer. Top with chicken in the center of the pan and surround with asparagus.
 - Cook until chicken is golden and asparagus is cooked through, approximately 15 minutes.
 - Serve immediately (and EAT the lemon slices! They are soooo good!)
