Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking stone or large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and anise seed in a large bowl and mix well.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking stone into a circle about 8”(?) in diameter.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- While the crust bakes, toss the orange segments with the cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground clove.
- Remove the crust from the oven and blot dry with paper towels, if necessary.
- Arrange the seasoned orange segments on the crust and return to the oven for about 5 minutes, until the crust has browned and the oranges have begun to caramelize.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve.
