- 1/4 cup water
- 1 granny smith Apple
- 7-8 ice cubes
- powdered stevia *
- 1/2 tsp Bakto pear flavor extract optional

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth. Eat immediately or store in the freezer till ready to do so.

*I use 3-4 scoops (each scoop 1/32 of a tsp) with my favorite brand Trim Healthy Mama
Make this into a protein smoothie by adding protein powder.
