Ingredients
  • 3cups frozen pearl onions
  • 2tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2tsp salt
  • 1tsp pepper
  • 1tsp dried thyme
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp dried sage
  • Finely chopped parsleyfor garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, thyme, garlic powder, and sage.
  3. Add the frozen pearl onions to the bowl and toss until the onions are evenly covered with the mixture.
  4. Transfer to a large baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, until the onions are tender and golden brown.
  5. Garnish with finely chopped parsley and serve.
