P2 hCG Diet Veggie Recipe | Hasselback Radishes | SP

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch red radishestry to get larger ones if possible.
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp pepper
  • 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4tsp dried basil
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Leave a portion of the stems on please. Using a sharp knife, make thin slices, about 1/8 – 1/4 inch apart, in each radish piece stopping about 3/4 of the way through.
  3. Place the radish pieces in a baking dish and drizzle it with lemon juice.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, and basil. Mix well.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the radishes with the seasoning mixture.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 25 minutes, until the radishes are tender.
  7. Remove the foil and continue baking for 5-10 minutes, until lightly browned.
  8. Garnish with finely chopped parsley and chives.
