Ingredients
  • 3cups Brussel sproutshalved
  • 1tsp Batko maple flavor
  • 1scoop powdered stevia
  • 2tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/8tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Toss all of the ingredients together in a large bowl, coating the Brussels in the seasoning mixture.
  2. Place the Brussels on a silicone baking mat on a sheet tray. Place the tray in a 400-degree oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes or until they begin to brown. Toss occasionally during cooking to brown evenly.
Recipe Notes

– These can also be sauteed in a pan stovetop. For this method, steam the brussels first in water to soften. Then toss with the seasonings in the recipe above and saute in a pan over high heat, just to nicely brown them.
