Ingredients
  • 4 raw fennel bulbs
  • 1tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Trim the top and the bottom of the fennel bulbs.
  3. Remove the outer layer and cut each into 8 wedges. Add to a large bowl.
  4. Toss the fennel wedges with rice vinegar, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and salt.
  5. Add to a rimmed baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. Roast for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool slightly. Serve warm.
