Instructions
Stir fry the shallots and shrimp flesh on 2 sprays of coconut oil until shrimp turns orangey.
Stir in the bean sprouts, green onions and the miracle noodles with the tamarind paste, chicken broth and fish sauce. Cook for about 3 more minutes.
Serve with a slice of lemon and 1 tbsp of PB2.
