Water Packed Tuna
drained well

fresh parsley

celery stalks
Pickle Relish:

chopped onion

large pickle
minced

pickle juice

scoop powdered stevia

tsp
minced garlic

tsp
celery seed

tsp
mustard seed

Turmeric
Instructions
Combine all relish ingredients together in large bowl.
Add tuna, parsley, salt and pepper and stir well.
Place celery stalks on a tray and scoop tuna salad into the center of each stalk, filling it all the way down the stalk(like ants on a log style).
Serve chilled.
