Rub dry spices on to the chicken breast, coating completely.
Grill chicken breast for 4-5 minutes on each side until center is no longer pink. Spices will blacken on the outside as chicken cooks. Remove from grill and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine sliced cucumber, onion, vinegar, lemon and salt. Toss and let marinate until ready to serve alongside hot chicken.
