P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Recipe | Tandoori Spiced Chicken | SP

Ingredients
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp ground ginger
  • 1tsp ground coriander
  • 1tsp ground cumin
  • 1tsp Ground cayenne
  • 1tsp Turmeric
  • 1tsp White pepper
  • 1.5tsp salt
  • 7ounces chicken breast
  • 3cups Cucumbersliced
  • 2tbsp onion
  • 1/4cup white wine vinegar
  • 2tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all spices for chicken in a small bowl.
  2. Rub dry spices on to the chicken breast, coating completely.
  3. Grill chicken breast for 4-5 minutes on each side until center is no longer pink. Spices will blacken on the outside as chicken cooks. Remove from grill and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. In a medium-sized bowl, combine sliced cucumber, onion, vinegar, lemon and salt. Toss and let marinate until ready to serve alongside hot chicken.
Recipe Notes

Mix the salad early and let it marinate to allow the cucumbers and onions to almost “pickle” in the vinegar
