P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Recipe | Slivered Radish Meatza | SP + AP

Ingredients
  • 7oz ground chicken
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1tbsp garlicdiced
  • 6tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4tsp dijon mustard
  • 4cup red radishesthinly sliced
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp ground black pepper
  • 1tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4cup fresh basiljulienned
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, radishes, salt, pepper and garlic. Set aside to marinate.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, minced garlic and salt.
  3. Press chicken mix into an eight-inch pizza pan. Cover with plastic wrap and press again or use a rolling pin to make the chicken as flat and even as possible. Remove plastic wrap
  4. Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes, chicken crust will begin to brown.
  5. Spread marinated radishes across the pizza then top with fresh basil.
Recipe Notes

– For an AP version, add arugula to the daikon salad mix.

– Fresh cilantro also will work well as a garnish.
