P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Recipe | Radish Pico Meatza | SP

Ingredients
  • 7oz ground chicken
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 3cup red radisheschopped
  • 2tbsp white onion
  • 1cup cilantrochopped
  • 1/2tsp ground cumin
  • 1tsp garlicminced
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 3tbsp lemon juice
  • 1tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
  1. Combine the radishes, onion, cilantro, cumin, garlic, ½ tsp salt, lemon juice and vinegar in a bowl and toss.
  2. In a separate large bowl, mix the ground chicken and salt.
  3. Press the chicken mix into an eight-inch pizza pan. Cover with plastic wrap and press again or use a rolling pin to make the chicken as flat and even as possible. Remove the plastic wrap.
  4. Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes, chicken crust will begin to brown.
  5. Place in the oven for 2 minutes to heat.
  6. Place radish pico over the pizza and serve.
Recipe Notes

This is honestly too many radishes to fit on this meatza – my suggestion to you is to put however much you desire on the meatza, and then eat the rest of your serving as a side salad – it’s quite yummy!
