P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Recipe | Pickle Meatza | LSP

Ingredients
  • 7oz ground beef crust
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4cup pickle juice
  • 2tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 scoop powdered stevia
  • 1tbsp water
  • 2tbsp mustard or Dijon mustard
  • 3cup shredded lettuce
  • 2tbsp onionchopped
  • 1cup pickle slicesabout 15 slices
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef, salt and pickle juice. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Press the beef mix into an 8-inch pan and bake in a 400 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until meat begins to brown slightly around the edges.
  3. Take the crust out of the oven.
  4. Mix tomato paste, stevia, water and mustard together then spread across pizza crust. Return crust to the oven for one minute.
  5. Remove from oven and top pizza with shredded lettuce, onion, and pickles.
