P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Recipe | Onion Relish Meatza | LSP + SP
Meatza Crust
  • 7oz ground chicken
  • 1/2tsp dried sage
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4tsp lemon zest
  • 1 1/2cup red onionthinly sliced
  • 1/4 scoop stevia extract powder
  • 2tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4cup chicken brothSP Option: use water instead
  • 1tsp dried sage
  • 1tsp dried sage
  • Garnish: Fresh Sage
  1. Add onions and stevia to a large pan and heat over medium for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add chicken broth and stir. Cook until broth has evaporated and onions are soft.
  3. Add both kinds of vinegar to the pan and salt and stir. Let boil, stirring frequently until the liquid has evaporated. Remove pan from heat and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, ½ tsp sage, lemon zest, lemon juice and salt.
  5. Press chicken mix into an eight-inch pizza pan. Cover with plastic wrap and press again or use a rolling pin to make the chicken as flat and even as possible. Remove plastic wrap.
  6. Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes, chicken crust will begin to brown.
  7. Remove from oven and top with caramelized onions and sprinkle with 1 tsp sage. Return to oven for 1 minute to heat, slice and serve hot.
Recipe Notes

– Add sliced strawberries for a sweet and savory meatza.

– Add fig extract to crust for an interesting flavor addition.
