P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Recipe | Onion Pudding | LSP + SP
Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 large egg whites
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp pepper
  • 2tsp finely chopped rosemaryor 1 tsp dried
  • 1tbsp SwerveSP Option: 1 scoop stevia
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 2tbsp milk
  • 3cups minced yellow onion
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a large cast-iron pan with non-stick cooking spray and place over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the onions for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and caramelized.
  4. While the onions are sautéing, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  5. Grease two ramekins with non-stick cooking spray and evenly divide the onions on the bottom of the dishes.
  6. Pour half of the egg mixture into each ramekin and bake for 15-20 minutes, until set.
