shaved asparagus

dijon mustard

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Heat an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and brown on both sides, until golden brown, approximately 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and top with lemon slices.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
Add asparagus, dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt and dried basil to a large bowl. Toss to combine.
When the skillet comes out from the oven, add shaved asparagus mixture. The asparagus will wilt enough in the pan but will still be a little crunchy.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Garnish with cracked pepper if desired
