P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Recipe | Dill Pickle Dip | LSP

Ingredients
  • 7oz fat free cottage cheese
  • 1tbsp dried parsley
  • 1tbsp dried onion
  • 1tsp dried dill weed
  • 1tsp celery seed
  • 1/2cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp white or black pepper
  • 6cups celery sticks
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together except the celery sticks. Stir well then place in the fridge to allow the flavors to develop for 2 hours.
  2. Serve chilled with celery sticks.
Recipe Notes

– AP Option: Use different veggies to dip with – bell peppers, asparagus spears, cucumber, serve on top of tomato slices or even raw broccoli would be good. – Another AP Option: Add 1/2 cup greek yogurt to make the dip creamier.
