red snapper or other white fish

Instructions
Heat a large pot over medium-high heat.
Sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Toss in the thinly sliced lettuce and sauté for another minute.
Season with white pepper, salt, Chinese 5 spice, and rice vinegar.
Slowly pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Add the snapper to the soup, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
Gently flake the fish apart with a fork.
Ladle into bowls, drizzle each bowl with 1 tbsp of coconut aminos, and garnish with thinly sliced green onions.
Serve!
