P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Recipe | Chinese Chicken Stir Fry | SP/AP

Ingredients
  • 1/3cup Braggs
  • 1/32tsp powdered stevia
  • 1/4tsp GlucomannanSP: do not use
  • 1tsp fresh gingerminced
  • 3tbsp rice vinegar
  • 7oz chicken breastchopped
  • 30 spears Asparagusribboned
  • 1tsp garlicminced
  • 2tbsp onionchopped
Instructions
  1. Mix Braggs, and glucomannan in a bowl.
  2. Add the ginger, garlic, onion, rice vinegar and asparagus in the bowl as well.
  3. Toss chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for one hour.
  4. Heat non-stick saute pan or wok over medium heat then add the chicken and marinade to the hot pan.
  5. Toss chicken as it cooks and cook for about 8 minutes. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes

– AP version: add broccoli and bell pepper slices and saute in coconut oil.
