P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Recipe | Celery and Beef Croquettes | SP

Ingredients
  • 7oz ground beef
  • 2cups celeryriced (minced in the food processor)
  • 2tbsp onionminced
  • 2tsp garlicminced
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp ground white pepper
  • 2tsp Braggs aminos
  • 2 grissini sticksground into crumbs
Instructions
  1. Squeeze the water out of the riced celery.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the beef, dried celery, onion, garlic, salt, white pepper and the brags. Mix well then shape into logs using your hands.
  3. Roll each log in the grissini crumbs lightly then place on a non stick sheet tray.
  4. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes

– For AP, add egg white to help hold the croquettes together.

– For AP, and chopped red bell pepper and shredded carrot.
