P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Recipe | BBQ’d Radish Chicken Skewers | SP + AP

Ingredients
  • 4cups red radishesquartered
  • 1/2cup soppin sauce
  • 7oz chicken breastcut into 1” cubes
  • 1/4cup parsley
  • 3tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Place chicken cubes in a large bowl and toss with the soppin sauce.
  2. Add the radishes, lemon juice and salt to separate bowl and toss.
  3. Skewer the chicken and radishes on wooden skewers, alternating between one piece of chicken and one radish.
  4. Grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the radishes are soft and the chicken is cooked.
  5. Remove from the grill, garnish with parsley and serve with the lemon wedges.
Recipe Notes

– AP version: skewer mushrooms and bell peppers as well. – Use spicy soppin sauce for an extra kick.
