P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Recipe | BBQ Breakfast | SP/AP

Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 Egg Whites
  • 4cups arugula
  • 4tbsp Bare Foods Soppin’ Sauce
  • 2tbsp Fresh Cilantro
  • AP OPTION:
  • 1 1/2cup cherry tomatoes sliced
Instructions
  1. Place arugula in two large bowls. Add sliced tomato if using.
  2. Crack the eggs and egg whites in a large bowl. Try not to break the egg yolk.
  3. Pour eggs into a hot, non-stick frying pan and fry for about 3 minutes or until the whites are set but the yolk is still soft.
  4. Divide cooked eggs between two bowls, placing the whites and one yolk per bowl on top of the arugula.
  5. Drizzle Bare Foods Soppin Sauce over eggs and arugula.
  6. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
Recipe Notes
