Ingredients
  • 2cup wateror low-calorie chicken broth
  • 4cup Asparaguschopped
  • 7oz shrimpwith shrimp skins/tails
  • 1tsp Turmeric
  • 2tsp coriander
  • saltto taste
  • Miracle Noodlesoptional
Instructions
  1. Simmer chopped asparagus in water, added turmeric, coriander, salt, and the shrimp tails until the asparagus was soft.
  2. Remove the shrimp tails and add the actual shrimp.
  3. Then blender the whole thing with an immersion blender
  4. Add miracle/shirataki noodles (optional).
