P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Fruit Recipe | Instant Pot Blackberry Balsamic Chicken & Roasted Asparagus | AP

Ingredients
  • 7oz bonelessskinless chicken breast, cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 1cup blackberries
  • 2tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1tsp Herbes de Provence
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 12 thick asparagus spears
  • 2tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2tsp dried basil
  • 1/2tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In the bottom of the Instant Pot, add chicken, blackberries, balsamic vinegar, Herbes de Provence, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Set manual pressure to high for 10 minutes. When finished cooking, allow to naturally release, approximately 10 minutes.
  4. As the chicken cooks, add asparagus in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle asparagus evenly with garlic powder, basil and salt. Bake for 10 minutes, until tender.
  5. Serve chicken with asparagus.
Recipe Notes

– To make this SP, simply remove the blackberries!
