P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Fruit Recipe | Crunchy Cabbage Salad with Ginger Dressing | SP

Ingredients
  • 2cup green cabbageshredded
  • 2cup red cabbageshredded
  • 7oz sirloin
  • 1tsp garlicdiced
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp pepper
  • 2 clementinessegmented
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4cup rice vinegar
  • 1scoop powdered stevia
  • 2tbsp Braggs aminos
  • 1tbsp fresh gingergrated
  • 1/4tsp ground black pepper
  • 2tbsp beef brothSP: use water
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
  2. Add cabbage to dressing bowl and toss together well. Set aside
  3. Rub sirloin with the garlic, salt and pepper then place on a hot grill.
  4. Cook steak to your desired doneness (about 4 minutes on each side). Remove from grill and let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Divide cabbage salad between two plates.
  6. Slice steak and place on top of cabbage along with orange segments.
Recipe Notes

– Double the dressing and use it as a marinade for the steak. Marinate overnight then cook as directed.
