P2 hCG Diet Protein Veggie Fruit Recipe | Beet Greens, Apple and Sirloin | LSP + AP

Ingredients
Salad:
  • 6cups beet greenschopped
  • 1/4cup fresh chopped basil
  • 2tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 2cups applesliced
  • 1/3cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2tsp Swerve
  • 1/4tsp cloves
  • 1/4tsp cumin
  • 1/2tsp salt
Meat and Seasoning:
  • 7ounces sirloin(if it’s thick slice is horizontally so it’s a thinner slab to cook more quickly)
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2tsp coriander seeds
  • 1/2tsp Swerve
Instructions
  1. Combine salt, ground cumin, coriander seeds and swerve for the seasoning in a small bowl. Rub on sirloin steaks and set aside.
  2. Place beet greens, basil, parsley and apple in a large bowl. Add rice vinegar, cloves, cumin and salt and toss together well. Divide between two bowls.
  3. Grill the seasoned sirloin for about 5 minutes on each side. Place on cutting board and let sit for 5 minutes to seal in juices. Slice and place on top of the salad. Serve while steak is warm.
Recipe Notes

– AP Option: Add coconut oil to the dressing and add sliced beets. – Triple the seasoning rub, use 1 3/4 tsp for this recipe then save the rest for later.
