Ingredients
  • 7oz ground chicken breast
  • 1tsp fennel seed
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp pepper
  • 1/4tsp dried sage
  • 1/2cup finely chopped strawberries
  • 1/4cup thinly sliced strawberries
Instructions
  1. Combine ground chicken with seasonings and finely chopped strawberries and mix until well combined.
  2. Shape into patties, and cook over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.
  3. Top each with one or two fresh sliced strawberries.
Recipe Notes

– If the raw mixture seems too wet to make patties well, stick the mixed meat mixture in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, and that will help firm it up.
