P2 hCG Diet Protein Fruit Recipe | Strawberry Lemonade Meatza | SP

Ingredients
Meatza Crust:
  • 7oz ground chicken
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4scoop stevia extract powder
  • 1tsp lemon zest
Topping:
  • 2cups strawberries
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lemonthinly sliced
  • 2scoops stevia extract powder
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, salt, stevia extract powder and lemon zest for the crust.
  2. Press the chicken mix into an eight-inch pizza pan. Cover with plastic wrap and press again or use a rolling pin to make the chicken as flat and even as possible. Remove the plastic wrap.
  3. Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes, chicken crust will begin to brown.
  4. While crust is cooking, place half of the strawberries, stevia extract powder, vanilla and lemon juice in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Simmer until the liquid begins to thicken, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and puree. Let it cool.
  5. Remove crust from oven and spread strawberry sauce over the crust.
  6. Thinly slice the remaining strawberries and lay across the crust along with the lemon slices. Serve warm.
Recipe Notes

– Use a mandolin sliced to cut the lemons sliced very thin. – Add chopped mint leaves to the top of the pizza. – AP Option: add 4 tbsp yogurt to the strawberry sauce after cooled for a creamier sauce(2 tbsp per serving).
