Phase 2 hCG Diet Recipe | Pizza Bowl | AP
  • 7oz ground beef(100g per 3.5 oz) lean
  • 2cups zucchini noodlesAP, raw
  • 1cup canned diced tomatoes
  • 1tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp pepper
  • 1tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2tsp dried basil
  • 1pinch crushed red pepperto taste (optional)
  • 2tsp nutritional yeastAP
  • fresh basilthinly sliced, as garnish
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Brown the ground beef in the skillet for about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and crushed red pepper and mix well.
  4. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. While the meat sauce simmers, quickly sauté the zucchini noodles in a separate pan until tender and heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Divide the zucchini noodles into two bowls and top each with half of the meat sauce, 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast, and garnish with fresh basil.
