P2 hCG Egg Recipe | Zero Carb Zesty Meringues – SP

Ingredients
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • ¼tsp cream of tartar
  • tsp salt
  • 5scoops powdered stevia
  • 2squirts mango orange Sturor other flavored liquid stevia of your choice
  • 1tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • 1tsp lime zest lime zest
  • ¼tsp cayenne pepper* optional
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whip egg whites, cream of tartar and salt to stiff peaks.
  2. Gently fold in sweetener and zests (and pepper if using)
  3. Scoop or pipe onto a flat parchment lined sheet tray making each meringue about 1 ½ inches big.
  4. Bake in a 250 degree oven for 18 minute and then lower the oven temperature to 200 degrees F and continue to cook for another 20 minutes.
  5. Keeping meringues in the oven, turn oven off and let sit inside for 2 hours or longer (overnight works best!).
  6. Peel meringues off parchment and store in an airtight container.
Recipe Notes

*These are perfect to dye if you’d like colored meringues. Fold in one or two drops of food coloring along with the sweetener and zest.

Use lemon liquid stevia for an extra lemon flavor

add ¼ tsp batko flavorings- orange, lemon, lime and ginger are great options. You can even divide the batter and make multiple flavors at once.
