P2 hCG Diet Recipe | Ginger Chicken Stir Fry – SP/AP
  • 4tbsp Braggs aminos
  • 1 scoop powdered stevia
  • 1 1/2tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 7oz boneless skinless chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2tsp freshly minced garlic
  • 5cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2tbsp freshly minced onion
  • 1/2tsp Chinese five spice
  • 1tsp hot sauce
  • 2 stalks green onionchopped
AP OPTION – Replace half the cabbage with:
  • 1cup sliced green bell pepper
  • 1cup sliced red bell pepper
  1. In a small bowl, stir together Braggs liquid aminos, Stevia and balsamic vinegar. Set sauce aside.
  2. Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for 1 minute on both sides. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for one minute until fragrant.
  3. Add cabbage, onion, Chinese five spice, hot sauce, green onion and sauce (for AP option, add peppers). Cook through for 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are cooked through.
  4. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

You can make this dish spicy with an addition of ½ tsp cayenne pepper!

If making the AP option, consider serving this dish over miracle noodles.
