Phase 2 hCG Diet Recipe | Taco Meatza | AP
  • 7oz ground beef(100g per 3.5oz) lean
  • 1/2tsp chili powder
  • 1/8tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/8tsp dried oregano
  • 1/8tsp paprika
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp black pepper
  • 1cup romaine lettucechopped
  • 1cup tomatoessliced
  • 1/2cup red onionsliced
  • 1/8cup jalapenossliced
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef and all the seasonings. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Press the beef mix into an 8-inch pan and bake in a 400 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until meat begins to brown slightly around the edges.
  3. Take the crust out of oven and layer tomato slices across the top leaving 1/4 inch gap around the edge.
  4. Add red onion slices and jalapenos and distribute evenly on top of the pizza. Return to oven for 8 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan and top with shredded lettuce. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes

Omit jalapenos if you would like a less spicy option.
