romaine lettuce

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef and all the seasonings. Mix thoroughly.
Press the beef mix into an 8-inch pan and bake in a 400 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until meat begins to brown slightly around the edges.
Take the crust out of oven and layer tomato slices across the top leaving 1/4 inch gap around the edge.
Add red onion slices and jalapenos and distribute evenly on top of the pizza. Return to oven for 8 minutes.
Remove from pan and top with shredded lettuce. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
Omit jalapenos if you would like a less spicy option.
