Phase 2 hCG Diet Recipe | Skinny Spaghetti | AP
  • 7oz ground beef(100g per 3.5 oz) 95% fat-free
  • 7oz Miracle NoodlesAP
  • 1cup tomatoeschopped finely
  • 2tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2tbsp minced onion
  • 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • 1cup button mushroomschopped – AP
  • 1/2tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3/4tsp salt
  • 1dash ground black pepper
  • 2sprays Coconut Oil Spray– AP
  • 1/2tsp nutritional yeastoptional for cheesy flavor – AP
  1. Saute the onions and tomatoes with 2 sprays of coconut oil until light brown.
  2. Add the ground beef and stir-fry until semi-cooked. Then stir in the mushrooms and the miracle noodles.
  3. Add in the tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover and let cook for around 3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle in some nutritional yeast for added cheesy flavor (optional).
