hCG Recipe | Dijon Burger Lettuce Wrap | LSP + SP

Ingredients
  • 7oz 95% ground beef200g per 7 oz
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp pepper
  • 1/4tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2cup thinly sliced white onionSP Option: use no more than 2 tbsp per serving
  • 2 large lettuce leaves
  • 2tsp dijon mustard
Instructions
  1. Heat a small pan over medium-high heat. Add 2 tbsp of water and sauté the sliced onions until golden brown (add water and deglaze as needed to prevent burning until done). Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Divide into two equal portions and shape into patties.
  4. Preheat BBQ grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side (for medium-well).
  5. Top each burger with the sautéed onions, and half a lettuce leaf on each side for your wrap, along 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
