Ingredients
Crust:
  • 7oz ground chicken
  • ¼tsp salt
  • ¼tsp garlic powder
  • tsp onion powder
  • ¼cup Franks hot sauce
Sauce/Dressing:
  • ¼cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼tsp garlic powder
  • tsp onion powder
  • tsp dried dill
  • ¼tsp salt
Toppings:
  • 1cup red onionsliced
  • 2cups arugula
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the yogurt ranch sauce. Set aside
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce and salt.
  3. Press chicken mix into an eight inch pizza pan. Cover with plastic wrap and press again or use a rolling pin to make the chicken as flat and even as possible. Remove plastic wrap
  4. Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes, chicken crust will begin to brown.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the ranch sauce evenly across the pizza. Evenly distribute the onion sliced and return the pizza to the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Top hot pizza with the arugula and serve.
Recipe Notes

Instead of homemade greek yogurt ranch dressing, you can opt to use Walden Farms Ranch for a quicker recipe that is just as delicious.

Add the hot sauce to the sauce instead of with the pizza crust. This will give the pizza essentially the same flavor but give you a pretty orange sauce!
