Add frozen blackberries to the water and simmer on medium heat 10-15 minutes till fragrant. Add 4 mint leaves and simmer 3-4 minutes more. Remove from heat. Add stevia.
While blackberries are simmering, heat ¼ cup almond milk 5-8 seconds until room temperature/lukewarm. Add the spirulina or butterfly pea powder and stevia. Use a milk frother to foam the milk for 1 minute.
Pour blackberry tea into a mug, and top with purple creme foam. Enjoy!
