Add canned tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Simmer mixture for 10-15 minutes or until tomato mix has cooked down and is not water but not thick like a paste- sauce consistency.
In a separate bowl, mix ground turkey and salt.
Press turkey mix into an eight inch pizza pan. Cover with plastic wrap and press again or use a rolling pin to make the turkey as flat and even as possible. Remove plastic wrap
Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes, chicken crust will begin to brown
Remove crust from oven and spread ratatouille sauce over the pizza and almost to the edge, leaving a 1/2 inch gap with no sauce.
Return to oven and bake for about 6 minutes to heat the pizza and slightly brown the veggies.
