Ingredients
  • 1 1/2cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 1/2cups Shredded Purple Cabbage
  • 2 green applesjulienned
  • 4 stalks celeryjulienned
Dressing for Slaw:
  • 1.5tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5tsp mustard powder
  • 1.5tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp Swerve
  • 1scoop powdered steviaor to taste
  • 3/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbages, apples, celery, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. In a small bowl, add lemon juice, mustard powder, garlic powder, Swerve, salt, and cayenne pepper. Whisk to combine.
  3. Pour the lemon juice mixture over the cabbage mix and toss to coat.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to 4 hours.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.

You can easily make a double or triple this recipe to use throughout the week for lunches. The slaw gets more flavorful the longer it sits!
