- 1 tsp fresh ginger chopped
- 2 tbsp shallot chopped
- 1/2 scoop powdered stevia or to taste

- In a small bowl, whisk rice vinegar, coconut aminos, ginger, lime juice, garlic, shallot, stevia, and salt.
Recipe Notes
Add ½ tsp sriracha for a spicier version of this dressing
