Ingredients
- 7 oz ground beef (100g per 3.5oz) lean
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion sliced
- 1/8 cup jalapenos sliced

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef and all the seasonings. Mix thoroughly.
- Press the beef mix into an 8-inch pan and bake in a 400 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until meat begins to brown slightly around the edges.
- Take the crust out of oven and layer tomato slices across the top leaving 1/4 inch gap around the edge.
- Add red onion slices and jalapenos and distribute evenly on top of the pizza. Return to oven for 8 minutes.
- Remove from pan and top with shredded lettuce. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
Omit jalapenos if you would like a less spicy option.
